(一)高压二氧化碳灭火系统

(一)瓶组

(1) Bottle group

瓶组一般由容器、容器阀、安全泄放装置、虹吸管、取样口、检漏装置和充装介质等组成,用于贮存灭火剂和控制灭火剂的施放。

The bottle group generally consists of a container, a container valve, a safety release device, a siphon tube, a sampling port, a leak detection device, and a filling medium, etc. It is used to store fire extinguishing agents and control the release of fire extinguishing agents.

容器阀又称瓶头阀,安装在容器上,具有封存、释放、充装、超压泄放(部分结构)等功能。

容器阀按用途分为灭火剂瓶组上容器阀和驱动气体瓶组上容器阀两类;按密封形式分为活塞密封和膜片密封两类;按结构形式分为膜片式、自封式、压臂式三类;按启动方式分为气动启动型、电磁启动型、电爆启动型、手动启动、机械启动型和组合启动型六类。

(四)选择阀

喷嘴是用来控制灭火剂的流速和喷射方向的组件,是气体灭火系统的一个关键部件。喷嘴可分为全淹没灭火方式用喷嘴和局部应用灭火方式用喷嘴。局部应用灭火方式用喷嘴又分为架空型和槽边型喷嘴。

Nozzles can be divided into nozzles used for total flooding fire extinguishing and nozzles used for local application fire extinguishing. (六)单向阀

单向阀按安装在管路中的位置可分为灭火剂流通管路单向阀和驱动气体控制管路单向阀;按阀体内活动的密封部件型式可分为滑块型、球型和阀瓣型。

灭火剂流通管路单向阀装于连接管与集流管之间,防止灭火剂从集流管向灭火剂瓶组返流。驱动气体控制管路单向阀装于启动管路上,用来控制气体流动方向,启动特定的阀门。

连接管可分为容器阀与集流管间连接管和控制管路连接管。容器阀与集流管间连接管按材料分为高压不锈钢连接管和高压橡胶连接管。

(九)安全泄放装置

安全泄放装置装于瓶组和集流管上,以防止瓶组和灭火剂管道非正常受压时爆炸。瓶组上的安全泄放装置可装在容器上或容器阀上。

安全泄放装置可分为灭火剂瓶组安全泄放装置、驱动气体瓶组安全泄放装置和集流管安全泄放装置。

(十)驱动装置

(10) Drive device

驱动装置用于驱动容器阀、选择阀使其动作。可分为气动型驱动器、引爆型驱动器、电磁型驱动装置、机械型驱动器和燃气型驱动器等类型。

The driving device is used to drive the container valve and selector valve to operate. It can be divided into types such as pneumatic actuators, explosive actuators, electromagnetic actuators, mechanical actuators, and gas actuators.

(十一)检漏装置

检漏装置用于监测瓶组内介质的压力或质量损失。包括压力显示器、称重装置和液位测量装置等。

The leak detection device is used to monitor the pressure or quality loss of the medium inside the bottle group. Including pressure display, weighing device, and liquid level measuring device, etc.

(十二)信号反馈装置

(12) Signal feedback device

信号反馈装置是安装在灭火剂释放管路或选择阀上,将灭火剂释放的压力或流量信号转换为电信号,并反馈到控制中心的装置。常见的是把压力信号转换为电信号的信号反馈装置,一般也称为压力开关。

The signal feedback device is installed on the fire extinguishing agent release pipeline or selector valve, which converts the pressure or flow signal released by the fire extinguishing agent into an electrical signal and feeds it back to the control center. A common type is a signal feedback device that converts pressure signals into electrical signals, also known as a pressure switch.

(十三)低泄高封阀

(13) Low leakage and high sealing valve

低泄高封阀是为了防止系统由于驱动气体泄漏的累积而引起系统的误动作而在管路中设置的阀门。它安装在系统启动管路上,正常情况下处于开启状态,只有进口压力达到设定压力时才关闭,其主要作用是排除由于气源泄漏积聚在启动管路内的气体。

Low leakage and high sealing valves are valves installed in pipelines to prevent system malfunctions caused by the accumulation of driving gas leaks. It is installed on the system startup pipeline and is normally in the open state. It only closes when the inlet pressure reaches the set pressure. Its main function is to eliminate the gas accumulated in the startup pipeline due to gas source leakage.
