水雾喷头主要性能参数以及布置要求

水雾喷头是在一定压力的作用下,利用离心或撞击原理将水流分解成细小水雾滴的喷头,分类离心雾化较高压力,良好的电绝缘性,通道小易堵塞,一般是高速喷头,撞击较低压力,水雾粒径比较大,一般是低速喷头,设备整体冷却保护,火灾区附近的建、构筑物连续喷水进行冷却。下面川消小编来讲讲水雾喷头主要性能参数以及布置要求。

工作压力:通常喷头的工作压力越高,其水雾滴粒径愈小,雾化效果越好,灭火和冷却的效率也就越高用于灭火的水雾喷头,其工作压力应为0.35Mpa—0.8Mpa ,用于防护冷却的水雾喷头,其工作压力应为0.2Mpa—0.6Mpa.

有效射程:指喷头水平喷射时,水雾达到的高点与喷口之间的距离,水雾锥是指在水雾有效射程内水雾形成的圆锥体。同一水雾喷头,雾化角小,射程则远,反之则近。在有效射程范围内的水雾强度能够达到设计要求。可保证灭火或防护冷却要求,因此,水雾喷头与保护对象的有效距离不应大于水雾喷头的有效射程

The water mist cone refers to the cone formed by the water mist within the Field of fire. The same water mist nozzle has a small atomization angle and a long range, while the opposite is true. The water mist intensity within the Field of fire can meet the design requirements. It can meet the requirements of fire extinguishing or protective cooling. Therefore, the effective distance between the spray nozzle and the protected object should not be greater than the Field of fire of the spray nozzle
水雾滴平均直径:压力越大,雾滴平均直径越小。水雾滴大小直接影响灭火效果 。不应太小:小于300时,达不到保护对象的表面。不应太大:太大会影响水雾的气化效果,使水喷雾的冷却和窒息作用降低粒径合理的范围

当保护对象为甲、乙、丙类液体和可燃气体储罐时,水雾喷头与保护储罐外壁之间的距离不应大于0.7M

当保护对象为球罐时,水雾喷头的布置尚应符合下列规定:
When the protected object is a spherical tank, the arrangement of the water mist nozzle should also comply with the following regulations:
(1)水雾喷头的喷口应朝向球心
(1) The nozzle of the water mist nozzle should face the center of the ball
(2)水雾锥沿纬线方向应相交,沿经线方向应相接

(3)当球罐的容积不小于1000m?时,水雾锥沿纬线方向应相交,沿经线方向宜相接,但赤道以上环管之间的距离不应大于3.6m

(4)无防护层的球罐钢支柱和罐体液位计、阀门等处应设水雾喷头保护
