1. External inspection of fire hydrant: check whether the fire hydrant door is closed well, whether the lock and glass are damaged, and whether the seal of fire hydrant door is intact;

2.随机抽取消火消火栓总数的10%测试，按消火栓报警按钮，消防中心应有正确的报警显示，检查箱内元件是否良好、有无脱落，消火栓内水龙头有无渗漏；

2. Randomly select 10% of the total number of fire hydrant for test, press the fire hydrant alarm button, the fire center shall have correct alarm display, and check whether the components in the box are in good condition and whether they fall off, and whether the faucet in the fire hydrant leaks;

3.开消火栓门取出水带，仔细检查有无破损，如有应即修补或替换；检查有无发黑发霉，如有，应取出刷净、晾干；

3. Open the fire hydrant door, take out the water hose, carefully check whether it is damaged, and repair or replace it if any; Check whether there is blackening and mildew. If there is, take it out, brush it and dry it in the air;

4.将水带交换摺边或翻动一次；

4. Fold or turn the hose once;

5.检查水枪、水带接头连接是否方便牢固、有无缺损，如有，立即修复，然后擦净在消火栓内放好；

5. Check whether the connection of water gun and hose joint is convenient and firm and whether there is any defect. If there is, repair it immediately, wipe it clean and put it in the fire hydrant;

6.查接口垫圈是否完好无缺，替换阀上老化的皮垫，将阀杆上油；

7.检查修整全部支架，掉漆部位应重新补刷，同时油漆；

8.将消火栓箱内清扫干净，部件存放整齐后，锁上消火栓门，更换检查标签卡。

9.检查后在消防箱检查卡上签名，放置在消防箱内，并贴上公司统一印制的消防箱封条。
