1.灭火器的检验和维修应由有关技术人员负责。

1.有机械损伤、明显锈蚀、灭火剂泄漏、打开使用过或符合其它维修条件的灭火器，应及时修理。

2.发生下列情况之一的灭火器应当报废：

标志模糊不清；

The sign is ambiguous;

气瓶(筒体)已烧坏；

The gas cylinder (cylinder) has been burnt out;

气瓶(筒体)有严重变形；

Serious deformation of gas cylinder (cylinder);

气瓶(筒体)外部涂层的脱落面积大于气瓶(筒体)总面积的三分之一；

The falling off area of the external coating of the gas cylinder (cylinder) is greater than one third of the total area of the gas cylinder (cylinder);

气瓶(筒体)外表面、连接部位、基座上有腐蚀凹坑；

There are corrosion pits on the outer surface, connecting parts and base of the gas cylinder (cylinder);

气瓶(筒体)有诸如锡焊、铜焊或补缀的修补痕迹；

The gas cylinder (cylinder) has repair marks such as tin welding, brazing or patching;

气瓶(筒体)内部有锈屑或内表面有腐蚀坑；

There are rust chips inside the cylinder (cylinder) or corrosion pits on the inner surface;

水基型灭火器筒体内的防腐涂层；

Anti corrosion coating in water-based fire extinguisher cylinder;

3.气瓶(筒体)连接线有损坏；

3. the connecting line of gas cylinder (cylinder) is damaged;

气瓶(筒体)水压试验不符合6.5.2规定；

The hydrostatic test of gas cylinder (cylinder) does not comply with the provisions of 6.5.2;

未遵守防火产品市场准入制度的；

Failing to comply with the market access system for fire protection products;

被不合法的维修机构修理；

Being repaired by an illegal maintenance organization;

法律或法规明确禁止使用的。

The use is expressly prohibited by laws or regulations.
